DELIVERY

Your order will be securely packaged and delivered from France. Please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. Shipping costs a flat fee of 8€ within France and 16€ to EU countries and the UK. We cannot be responsible for and additional costs or delays due to external factors such as import duties, postal strikes or customs delays.

RETURNS

Prints will be wrapped in cellophane or tissue paper. In the event that your item arrives damaged please notify us within 72 hours of receipt, sending a photograph of the damaged item. We will offer to refund or replace the item if possible. We regret we are unable to refund or replace commissions. We are unable to refund any return postage costs or any cancellation costs.
